Isidoros Sideridis participated as a speaker at the1st Customer Service Conference with the speech "Customer Experience & Generative AI”.

On May 11th,  Hellenic Customer Service Institute organized the 1st Customer Service Conference in Larissa,  a great event that finally brought together the leaders and innovators in the field exchanging the latest trends and insights.
